This is a nice Retro 1940's ring. It is hallmarked 14k which is both yellow on the shank and white gold on the central portion that has the diamonds mounted in it. The ring is architectural in form with the central diamond mounted sections made in two layers. The diamond encrusted portion of the ring is circular in form with the bottom layer mounted with many .01 diamonds. The raised circular center is mounted with larger diamonds. The total weight of the diamonds in approx. 0.90. All of the diamonds are clear and bright and the color is very good. As seen in the picture the yellow gold of the shank extends over the white gold center on both sides giving the ring great contrast. The ring is currently a size 6 3/4. It can be sized up or down to suit your needs by a bench jeweler. The ring is 1/2" in diameter in the diamond encrusted section.
