This is a beautiful Victorian pendant, pin made of 14k yellow gold and a 19" gold chain. It is from the estate of my friend Jenna McMahon who was a jeweler in Beverly Hills. The appraisal was done yesterday it is fully tested and graded, it reads: One 14k yellow gold Victorian miniature painting pendant/ brooch with 14k yellow gold chain. This piece features a double sided pendant with a miniature painting on each side that has been hand painted and is protected by glass. The artist has signed one side and it appears to read MK Dunning. The ladies portrait appears to be mid 19th century due to the style of hair . The man's portrait is most likely 19th century due to the style of the facial hair. She is lovely of face and he look like a prosperous proud man with handle bar long mustache. The portraits are set in a 14k yellow gold rotating gold case that is accented with floral designs featuring 22 round AA quality turquoise cabochons cuts and 30 AA quality seed pearls. This piece has a total weigh of 31.1 grams. The estimated replacement value is $4150.00 Note that the pin back has an open C lock which holds the locket from spinning freely. The necklace is 19" long and the locket itself is 3" long by2" wide. The condition of all components are excellent.
