This is a very unique perfume bottle that is secured in a chrome purse size fold out holder. The bottle is French with a Lalique style glass top and regular glass bottle. The Chrome holder has a flat side for standing and a rocket shaped oval top . It measures 2 1/2" tall by 1/2" wide with a lock on the side. Once you engage the lock the bottle emerges in a chrome holder that says Coty. The bottle is marked France with the remains of a paper label and an art glass etched cap. I have never seen this item before so I assume it is fairly rare. It come from a very interesting home in Bodega Bay, Ca. where it was stored in a glass vitrine with other rare one of a kind items. The cover is stamped with a crown, eagle and stars perched on three round stacked balls. Underneath the symbols is the word Coty. This bottle is empty but might have once held Emerade perfume.
