This is a rare and unusual piece from a great stash of costume jewelry I just bought from an Auntie Mame type
niece. The niece is in her 80's and downsizing so it is now mine. Next it can be yours.
The stick pin is 4 3/4" long from the top to the plunger lock at the bottom. It is silver toned rhodium finished. The top portion looks regal with a large heart shaped turquoise unbacked rhinestone prong set in the center. The center portion measures 1 1/2" high by 1 1/4" wide. That heart is surrounded by prong set clear rhinestones and topping. The condition is vintage excellent with all rhinestones in place and full of sparkle. This is a very nice fashion accessory that can be worn with the shaft exposed or hidden on a jacket or coat lapel. It would also be fabulous on a hat.
