Offered for sale is this attractive 19th century 9ct gold back and front enameled locket featuring a singing bird, possibly a nuthatch, on its nest with two eggs.
It is unmarked but has been tested for 9ct gold on the back and front with the edges being gold filled.
This measures approx 1 1/4 inch by 1 inch wide.
The locket is in very good used condition with surface wear to the enamel only. It has one rim and perspex present inside.
This beautiful locket will arrive in a brand new gift box.
