If I decide to close my shop, do I receive a pro-rated refund for unused Account fees?

Yes, if you choose to close your shop permanently and have at least $1 in your account, you may request a refund of your remaining credit balance. To receive the refund, you must request it at the time of closing. For shops that close before the last day of the month, maintenance fees will be pro-rated accordingly.

Please note, paid options like Premium Featuring are non-refundable. Any non-refundable services will be clearly stated as such when purchased.

Refunds are typically issued via PayPal within 30 days of your request, provided that all transactions are resolved.
