Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. We ship using USPS unless you request otherwise. Your item will be carefully packaged. We ship Monday-Saturday, so packages are usually in the mail within 24 hours of receiving payment. Although we package very carefully, we realize accidents can occur. All packages are sent insured through USPS or U-Pic. If an item is damaged during shipping, please keep all packing materials in case the insurer wants to inspect the damage. Contact us as soon as possible. We handle insurance claims and will refund all your costs as quickly as possible. International customers -- many countries charge import duties and fees that the customer will have to pay when receiving packages. Please check with your postal authorities about these. Customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee.

Layaway Policy

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
