Our Service Pledge

My pledge to you is to offer authentic vintage and antique items of quality, listed with vivid and accurate descriptions, with several clear digital photos. Questions and orders are acknowledged within 24 hours; Shipment made right away after payment received; next day if possible. Items are always properly wrapped and packaged to ensure safe arrival to you. Insurance is recommended for fragile items.

Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

You'll pay only actual shipping and insurance costs. No handling fees are ever charged! Usual shipping is via Priority Mail but other US Mail options are available if preferred. Combined shipping is done for purchases of several items for additional savings to you.

Restocking Fee

All returns require prior approval by shopowner in accordance with Ruby Lane's Return Policy Procedure. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases

Other Information

Preferred method of payment is by PayPal so items can ship immediately; wait for emailed total with shipping added before making payment. Please do not pay until you receive email from shopowner with your total amount due. Orders paid by money orders ship same day payment is received. Allow 7 days for clearance on personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank. North Carolina residents must add sales tax or submit tax exempt certificate. Payment must be received for purchase within 10 days or item will be placed back into shop inventory.
