I strive to give the best service possible to my customers. I do want them to be happy with their purchases. I travel to the UK frequently to bring home unique items to offer for sale to my Ruby Lane Cuatomers.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
Buyer pays actual shipping, handling, and insurance, and items, under $1,000 in value and unless otherwise instructed, will be shipped postal, insured, priority mail. Items over $1,000 will be shipped, unless otherwise instructed, insured , registered mail, by the USPS.
A 3.5% restocking fee may be charged in returns, if Robbins' Roost has been charged. A fee of 15% of the original price of an item, plus any charging or paypal fees, will be charged on layaway payments in the event that the customer has a
change of heart before receiving the item. This fee may be waived if the item has been out of stock for less than ten days.. In the event that a restocking fee is not charged, a $10 fee, per item, will be charged for returned items where the tag has been removed and must be replaced. If a layaway payment is 10 days late, a $10 fee will be charged. If the layaway payment is more than 10 days late, a 20% of the scheduled monthly layaway payment will be charged. There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
