We send you a secure invoice that allows you to fill out the receipt, We never see your information, it goes straight to Square and they notify us when payment is made.

Buyer Pays for Actual Shipping and Insurance, No Handling fee. We use Bubble Wrap and Peanuts and have shipped over 8,000 items with no breaks.."knock on wood"

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee if items are returned within 7 days

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop.
