Our Service Pledge
We want to see return customers in our shop and we think the quality of our service and the merchandise we offer will insure that relationship.
We usually ship within 2 business days after payment has been received. If there is going to be a delay in shipping, we will notify you before the transaction is completed.
Our pledge to you; We will not sell, or freely distribute your private information to anyone. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. When you give us your personal information, it is used to accurately process and ship your order, nothing more. This is our guarantee to you as our valued customer.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
With the continual Postal increases we are trying hard to keep your shipping costs down. We will use USPS 1st Class whenever possible but will gladly upgrade to Priority if you prefer that method at the going rate. We'll also try to keep your shipping costs low on combined orders and we will adjust the cost after we receive your order!
Guesstimating shipping weight is not easy and sometimes I get it wrong, HOWEVER, if the shipping should turn out to be less than I have quoted or charged you the overage WILL be refunded to you. IF the shipping was misquoted and the cost is more than quoted/charged, it was my error and I will pay the difference, NOT you.
All packages will be sent with tracking/confirmation. Insurance will be added on all purchases over $25.00. Under $25.00 is optional and should be requested at the time of the sale. We do our best to package your purchase well but suggest you insure it against loss or other unforeseen misfortune by the post office. We typically use Stampsdotcom to insure all packages shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. I handle the paperwork to insure you a quick resolve IF there should be a claim.
We charge a 10% restocking fee on items returned for reasons other than misrepresentation.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
We accept credit card purchases directly through our shop besides taking credit cards through Pay Pal and the Online Payments options. If you're not using one of those two options you can call me with your information or request that I call you.....whichever you feel most comfortable with. We respect your information and will treat it with complete confidentiality.
