Our Service Pledge
We respond to all inquiries and orders within 24 hours, and we do guarantee all items in our shop.
When shipping international, our shop invoice and the customs form will reflect: 1)what the item actually is, and 2)the actual price paid by the buyer.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
We do all our own packaging in our shipping room, using a combination of tissue paper, "peanuts", foam & bubble wrap. We "double box" all fragile items. Our goal is to "do it right", making your shopping an easy, unique and rewarding experience. We ship via USPS or UPS Ground for all US shipments. For international shipments we use USPS or Fed-Ex.
Alli items (shipped within the US), unless stated otherwise, include shipping and insurance.
We do not have a restocking fee.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
