Our Service Pledge

We like to treat all customers with prompt, courteous service. This includes answering your questions, responding to all orders within 24 hours, packing very carefully, and shipping immediately. We will accept reasonable offers. If a customer is not happy with an item, we cheerfully accept a return according to Ruby Lane's return policy.

Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. We use USPS Priority Mail for items that are not breakable and for smaller items. For larger breakables (for example, an item requiring a large box measuring 14 X 14 X 14 or over) we may offer UPS Ground as an option. We want to safeguard items and provide an economical option to buyers. We also insure every item and may request delivery confirmation. Feel free to send us a message via Ruby Lane with any question you may have. We respond to messages very quickly.

To Our International Buyers: Until there is a reliable international tracking system (as well as insurance) for shipments to countries outside the United States, we regret we must limit sales to buyers who provide a shipping address in the United States or Canada.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% when an item is returned in order to cover our transaction costs.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases

Other Information

Payment by money order within one week or electronic payment in 48 hours is expected or the item will be relisted for sale.
