Our Service Pledge

Items are carefully and knowledgeably described, and any flaws noted and fully described and photographed in close-up. We strive to respond to orders and questions within 24 hours. We package items carefully and fully insure all orders. We usually ship within one business day, but same-day shipping can occur if the order is placed and paid before 2 p.m. CST.

Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for actual shipping. Insurance is provided on all orders. We ship via USPS using First Class or Priority Mail, with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation on all packages.

Restocking Fee

We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Items that were mass-produced in their day (jewelry, glass, etc.) will be marked with a security mark to prevent damaged items from being switched out with our intact items, and must be returned with this marking intact. If an item has been altered in any way, it is not returnable. If you clean an item, replace stones, lengthen, shorten or resize any piece, polish silver items, perform ANY alterations at all, it is not returnable.

Returns must be authorized as per Ruby Lane's Return Policy and will not be accepted for items past the time period stated in the Policy.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases

We normally ship only to the USA, but will consider International sales on a case-by-case basis. We do not ship to Russia or China due to insurance unavailability.

Attention International Customers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price of item in the shop, These charges are the buyers responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

All items in our shop are priced at the lowest price that we are willing to accept for that item, available to everyone, and thus we do not use the Offers Considered feature, or Dealer To Dealer Discounts - everyone shopping for our items gets the same low price. We appreciate the interest in my items, but please be aware that offers or requests for lower prices will not be considered or acknowledged, as the price you see is the very least we will accept.

We can combine shipping on multiple orders; please wait for an edited invoice so that we may accurately adjust the cost.
