Our Service Pledge
We will ship all orders within 3 business days and usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Customer Service is our top priority and we work very hard to satisfy our customers.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
Buyer pays for shipping, delivery confirmation, handling and insurance. We cannot be held responsible once an item has left our hands so insurance is highly recommended.
International Shipments - We will ship via First Class Mail International to offshore addresses at a very reasonable cost but without tracking or insurance. This service, from the United Postal Service, although inexpensive, does not offer insurance or tracking so, once mailed, we cannot be held responsible. If you'd like to track or insure your package, please ask for Priority Mail International which is quite a bit more costly, but will be insured.
10% Restocking Fee applies to all returns.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Acceptable methods of payment:
PayPal payments, including credit card payments, must be made within three (3) days of purchase order date or Sale Pending flag will be removed and item will be available for sale to others. If arrangements have been made with us for a mailed payment, U.S. customers only, then payment must be received within seven (7) days from purchase order date.
We accept PayPal online from all buyers, domestic and international, which includes credit card payments. PayPal accepts credit card payments without ever creating a PayPal account - very easy and very secure. U.S. money orders and U.S. cashier's checks are accepted as well. Personal checks, drawn on U.S. Banks only, are accepted and will be held for 10 business days prior to shipment.
