Our Service Pledge
We will attempt to respond to all orders within 3 business days. However, some of our items are located in shops which we can only get to on weekends. Therefore confirmation of the purchase orders will be made once we are assured the requested item is still available. Shipment for those items will be made on the Monday following receipt of full payment.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted, but must be made within 7 days of purchase. Items must be received in the same condition as when sold. No refunds are provided on shipping. Restocking fees apply to all returns, where a refund is requested. However, for refunds accepted in the form of a store credit on future sales, the restocking fee will be waived.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
FREE SHIPPING in the UNITED STATES via USPS Priority Mail Insured and WORLDWIDE via USPS First Class Mail, if requested - otherwise we will cover 50% of USPS Priority Mail shipping costs (International buyers, we will modify the invoice to reflect desired method of shipping at time of order confirmation upon request).
Buyer shall pay for return shipment and insurance, unless the item received by the Buyer is not as described in the listing. Items must be received in the same condition as when sold. No refunds are provided on shipping. A restocking fee of 10% applies to all returns, where a refund is requested. However, for refunds accepted in the form of a store credit on future sales, the restocking fee will be waived.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
