We respond to all orders within 24 hours unless if our shop is in vacation mode.We guarantee the authenticity of all our items.We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we make every effort to carefully describe items and any conditions.

Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance. We try to ship your item the same day that we receive payment; however, all items will shipped within two business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays) from the date that payment is received.All items are packed very carefully.
If an item is damaged during shipment the item and all packing materials must be presented to the postal service as part of the claims process. Please do not throw away the packaging if there is shipping damage, as that will invalidate the insurance claim.

Restocking Fee

Please Contact us first before returning an item. On all items returned, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and returned shipping cost, insurance and all costs associated ( Customs tax if required). We charge 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases

Other Information

Payment is due within 3 calendar days of purchase order. Otherwise we reserve the right to return the item to the shop.
