Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays actual shipping,handling and insurance. Buyer pays for return shipping & insurance if they return item. Shop owner is not responsible for losses nor damages of an item once the item is delivered/shipped by USPS or UPS or FedEx. Item is to be returned within 5 days after receiving its delivery to buyer's shipping address for a refund. No refunds no exchanges on Lay-A- Way.. The Shop owner is not responsible for a refund if Buyer does not receive item that Shop owner shipped and has documents that prove they were shipped to Buyer.

Restocking Fee

We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.

Layaway Policy

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
