Our Service Pledge

Customer satisfaction is my priority. I always try my best to keep my customers happy by maintaining good communications, keeping them informed on shipping dates, and providing careful packaging for shipment. Any problems that arise are quickly and fairly resolved, although I am proud to say they rarely occur.

Items purchased with a money order, personal check less than $50, or Paypal will be mailed the next business day (barring unforeseen circumstances). Items purchased with a check will be mailed 10 days after deposit of the check to give it time to clear the bank if the check amount is over $50. Fragile items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in packing peanuts.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. Delivery confirmation is free. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, including international orders, or USPS parcel post if extra large boxes are required. Shipping charges are determined by your zip code. Insurance is required. If you buy more than one item from me, I will be happy to combine shipping to save you money. Please wait for an adjusted invoice, as the calculator tends to overcharge on shipping and insurance when more than one item is purchased. I don't generally charge a handling fee for domestic orders unless multiple items or large items necessitate excessive use of shipping supplies, such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or boxes I have to purchase. International orders have an additional three dollar ($3) handling fee.

Restocking Fee

Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases

Other Information

I accept charge cards only through Paypal. You can also pay from your bank account through Paypal. Please do not pay for an item if purchasing multiple items until you have received the total from me which will include an accurate adjusted s/h/i. Quite often the shipping calculator overcharges when multiple purchases ship together. Payment is expected within 48 hours if using Paypal.

Payment is expected within 7 days if sending a check or money order (please make it out to Carolyn A. Martin and send to 2002 Queenswood Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32303).

If the payment is not received in a timely manner, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted. If there is good reason why you cannot make payment within 7 days, please email me and explain. I am very understanding and flexible. Also, Florida residents will be charged sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I will ship internationally to Canada, Japan, Australia, United Kingdom, and Europe using only Priority International shipping. Payment is only accepted through PayPal for international orders. I will not falsify customs documents, so please don't ask. The customer is responsible for any custom fees or taxes imposed by their country.
