February 14, 2016 Ruby Lane Ranked #1 for Customer Service in 2016 Sellers Choice Awards

On February 14th, eCommerceBytes.com, an independent trade publication for online merchants, released its 2016 Seller's Choice Marketplace Ratings. Ruby Lane ranked #1 in Customer Service.

More than 12,000 online sellers rated 10 ecommerce sites including Etsy, Amazon, Bonanza, Craigslist, Ebay, Facebook and Ruby Lane. The eCommerceBytes survey researched online sellers opinions on sites profitability, customer service, communication, ease of use and if they would recommend the site to others.

Ruby Lane not only ranked fourth overall, but sellers ranked Ruby Lane's Customer Service #1.

Also, when asked, “How likely are you to recommend (marketplace name) as a Selling venue to a friend or colleague?” sellers ranked Ruby Lane 2nd.
