Drinks:

Rudolph’s Tipsy Spritzer: When you need a festive holiday cocktail, look no further than this easy spritzer made with orange juice, lemon-lime soft drink, cherry juice, and vodka. If you want a non-alcoholic beverage, just leave out the vodka and add more orange juice or soft drink.

Sweet Praline Coffee: This enticing coffee treat featuring praline liqueur, brown sugar, and half-and-half will warm up even the coldest of holiday mornings.

Cider Nog (Non-alocholic): This pre-Prohibition recipe has all the egg and none of the nog, replacing the liquor with cider. Perfect for younger party guests or those who do not drink alcohol.

Sweet:

Mint Chocolate Chip Pancakes: There’s nothing as delightful as a towering stack of fluffy pancakes. Unless those pancakes happen to be reminiscent of your favorite mint chocolate chip ice cream. The food coloring is optional but if you have youngsters in your breakfast party, they will LOVE it!

Spicy Sticky Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing: This recipe looks and sounds incredible, and is there anyone on your list who doesn’t love cinnamon rolls? “These are not a breakfast for those on a diet; these are not to be made every weekend. But when you’re making cinnamon rolls, in my opinion it’s best to go all out — they’re a generous treat for family mornings, a tradition from my family to yours.”

Savory:

Bacon, Tomato, and Cheddar Breakfast Bake: “I finally found the breakfast to end all breakfasts. When friends and family come to visit, I’m usually stumped as to what to serve for breakfast. I want something that doesn’t pull me away from my guests, but is good enough to make them want more.”

Brussels Sprouts with Hash and Eggs: A recipe to change Brussels into breakfast: Brussels sprouts with bacon, chopped as a hash and topped with eggs.

Frittata with Wild Onion, Potato, Goat Cheese and Thyme – Vegetarian Recipe: “This is a great recipe to showcase amazing eggs. If you have the eggs, you probably have everything else on hand. Feel free to substitute sharp cheddar or any other strong flavored cheese if you don’t have the goat cheese.”
