Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping via USPS Priority Mail plus a small handling fee of $2.00 a box which does include deliver confirmation and tracking.
Insurance is required for shipping in the USA but is not available for international shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS! Please contact us for a quote on shipping costs. We will gladly work with you to find the most economical and or efficient shipping method.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 20% restocking fee for each returned item.

Other Information:
We do not accept personal or business checks. Payment must be made via PayPal or by certified funds.
We only ship once a week, usually on Fridays, as the Post Office is over 10 miles away. If you need your purchase sooner please let us know and we will make every effort to get it on its way to you.
