We respond to all orders within 24 hours. We guarantee all of our items to be as described and authentic. If you purchase an item and are not happy with it please notify us within 3 days to arrange a return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, packaging cost and insurance. We pack all items very carefully, however in the event you receive a damaged package please retain all original packaging materials, which the shipping agent will need to file a claim. I will more than happy to assist in this.

To help save on your shipping costs I offer combined shipping, which is available if items can fit into the same packaging. I will estimate what the one package will cost and adjust pricing accordingly. There may be times when we cannot offer a shipping discount on combined orders an example would be; accepting an offer on an item ~ we will stipulate terms of shipping with offer. I try to keep my shipping charges as low as possible, however I am adamant on shipping all items with insurance and signature confirmation, I want to be positive you received your item safe and sound.

We tend to over pack out items to ensure they arrive safely to your door. Our shipments are marked with shop owners name instead of the shop name to not draw attention to valuable contents inside. Buyer is responsible for shipping, packaging costs, insurance and signature confirmation receipt. Insurance is mandatory, we don't take any chances when it comes to our customers and our merchandise.

We generally ship the next day after receipt of payment via USPS, we also offer UPS as requested. Please let us know if you have an item that needs to ship same day, we'll do everything in our power to help you meet your deadlines.

Shipment: Shipping of your item will occur after we received clearance confirmation of your checks (may take up to 15 days), and actual funding of Echeck, Paypal. If you pay with money orders or credit cards, there are no holds on your item.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.
