It pays homage to Alomar for the feats that he accomplished during the 1991 baseball season - All Star Second Baseman, Gold Glove Award Winner, Led the Blue Jays with 13 triples, Finished second in the American league with 53 stolen bases, Member of the 1991 American League East Champions.

The accompanying 8" x 10" autographed color photo depicts Alomar at home plate with bat in hand standing in a swing stance. Alomar signed this photo with a blue sharpie.

This autographed photo and commemorative plaque bears No.402 in a limited edition series of 1,000 and is mounted on an oak back board which measures 15 1/4" x 12 1/4" and is ready for hanging.
