The most important person in the world to us has just entered our shop - "YOU - OUR CUSTOMER"
Beautiful, bright transferware designs of fragrant roses and a remarkable picture of a farmer feeding his horses while being watched by three waddling ducks, surround all sides of this wonderful gold trimmed green planter.
The planter is in amazing condition with minor rough spots on the rim that you only notice by feeling it, and a chip under the rim that someone has painted gold to blend it in. There is some crazing and a few hairlines that are to be expected with something of this age, which I believe is from the early 1900's (or earlier), but there are no markings to be sure. The pot is 8" high, with an opening of 8".
