Don't let this one get away! What better way to cook fish than in a fish shaped dish? This vintage cast iron pan is perfect for braising or searing your favorite fish. It can also be used as a mold. If you're not into fish as part of your meal, simply hang it on your kitchen wall - what a wonderful display cast iron objects can make. The fish stands on three tiny feet.
It comes from Lancaster County, the Amish and Pennsylvania Dutch country. We recently acquired several cast iron pieces at an estate sale and we were told that they date back to circa 1910.
The fish pan measures 13" long by 5", at its widest. It is in excellent condition.
