Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyers pay for shipping, handling and required insurance. We ship via USPS when possible. We pack each purchase with great care to assure safe arrival.

CREDIT CARDS: If you would like to use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover, please call our shop (865) 908-6271 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST with your credit card number and expiration date.

PAYPAL: We welcome online PayPal payments from payers with "Confirmed" shipping addresses in the US, the UK, and Canada. To pay online, please click the PayPal icon at the end of the purchase order page and proceed as prompted. If your address is not confirmed, please contact PayPal (at 1-888-221-1161 or via their website) and have them confirm your address before submitting your payment.

** INTERNATIONAL** Shipping will be at the USPS rate that is applicable for your country, plus insurance (if available). We can accept PayPal only for International purchases. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms. Please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees, depending upon the laws in your country - we are not responsible for customs fees.
