Each piece showcases a striking shell cameo mounted on Italian 800 silver filigree and complemented by two sparkling topaz amber faceted stones. Jewelry of this type was made throughout the Victorian era. Circa 1900.

Our Italian silver demi parure includes a cameo necklace and a matching cameo bracelet with warm and lovely amber glass stones.

The necklace has an 18” inside measurement not including the “cameo pendant”. The weight is 19.4 grams. The bracelet measures 8” fastened. The bracelet has a manufacturer’s mark – see photo – looks like GM inside a circle. The bracelet weighs 17.1 grams.

The shell cameo on each piece is intricately carved with fine detail. One cameo faces right and the other faces left. Could be the same lady, but different hair styles.

Italian sterling silver settings are exquisite and intricate. The sparkling amber sets are faceted and add an ever so special countenance to the whole set.
