It's that time of year. Enjoy your Christmas shopping.
Samuel A. Weller established his own pottery in Fultonham near Zanesville Ohio in 1892. The Weller Pottery went out of business in 1948.
One of his most classic patterns is the Cameo Rose on a blue background. Our vase is tall and elegant measuring 11 1/4" high and 7" across the widest point.
A lovely white rose creation adorns our heavenly blue vase made in the late 1930's.
There are no chips or cracks. This vase is in remarkable condition. Incised on the bottom in script: "Weller Pottery since 1872". Also, the artist has signed this piece with their initials, DL.
A remarkable Weller Vase!
