Magnificent Intricate Scrollwork is worked through the top part, bottom and closure of this exceptional piece of 18K Gold Jewelry. This richly designed 18K Estate Locket Necklace with it's wonderful workmanship of curls, swirls, tiny embossing, gives one the feeling that they entered the Sistene Chapel and are enthralled with it's beauty.

The Ornate Gold Filled Vintage/Antique Neck Chain with it's Antique Fob Chain appearance matches beautifully to the Intricate Designs on the Gold Photo Ball Locket and is attached by a soldered link. We believe both items were purchased at the same time where the Original Owner chose the Chain and had the jeweler attach it. This Vintage Chain has an exceptional 3 dimensional design with long link stations alternating with 2 smaller soldered very ornate scrollwork links. Overall this 18K Locket and Chain have a Gorgeous antique Victorian Old World appearance.

The Gold Filled Chain measures 20-1/2" in length and slightly shy of 1/4" in width. The Closure is a very unique Loop Clasp that screws close for added security. It is in Excellent Condition with expected wear to the last link that was used in conjunction with the closure.

The 18K Locket itself measures 7/8" in diameter when closed and measures 4-1/8" long when completely open. It is in Excellent Condition with very light wear and weighs approx. 15.2 grams of 18ct Gold. All intricate designs are present on both the Locket and the Chain.
