This Vintage Lucite Plastic Ring is in a Sensational Semi-Translucent Jade Green Color with varying Soft Stripes of White and Black embedded vertically around the entire Ring! Truly Beautiful and perfect to wear with a variety of Vintage Plastic Jewelry and All Jewelry!

Ring Size is 8" with a front width of 1/2" tapering in back to 1/4" and a side Dome of 1/4". This Vintage Lucite Stripe Dome Ring is in Mint Condition with a Shiny Brilliant surface! It is without any yellowing, ready to wear and guaranteed Authentic Vintage Lucite!

Lucite itself was actually invented by the Chemists of the Dupont Company in 1931 during the Art Deco Period. Lucite and Bakelite were stronger plastics than previous ones and were more practical and less costly for the making of war supplies during WWII. After the War, Lucite and Bakelite were popular for the making of Jewelry and Handbags. Today Vintage Lucite Jewelry is becoming increasingly sought after as much as Vintage Bakelite Jewelry.
