Vintage doll house buggy carriage is, I believe, cast iron with a brass finish (it's pretty heavy for its size) and is signed on the bottom with a large stylized "D" T.M. copyright symbol 1976 Durham Industries Inc. Item No. 17 Made in Hong Kong.

Measures front to back 2-1/8", side to side at the wheels which is the widest point 1-3/8", and top to bottom from the handle 1-3/4". The part where you'd put the doll measures, respectively, 1-1/4" x 3/4" x 3/8" at the dip. Top (buggy) part is riveted onto the carriage base so swivels a little which you can kind of see in the 2nd pic if you compare it to the gallery pic.

In very good vintage condition with minor metal loss consistent with age, and also the back left wheel is a little wobbly, but still the carriage rolls just fine, and your dolly's dolly can have a good outing in it without worries!
