Vintage Hattie Carnegie straw boater hat just makes you want to grab your parasol and the nearest dandy, find the closest lake, and go a-rowin'! The dandy will do that, naturally, while you lie back and twirl your parasol, enjoying the breeze and the breezy banter.

Constructed by wrapping and overlapping 7/8" wide straw lace, it also has a lovely 2-7/8" wide open-work black lace ribbon tied in a bow, and a 1-1/2" wide solid black ribbon underneath that.

Measures 3-3/4" high, has a 2" brim, inner circumference is 20-7/8". Tags inside say Hattie Carnegie and AA Silver Duluth.

Condition is very good--I see a few errant straws but nothing too radical (barely noticeable, actually, except on very close inspection).
