Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for priority shipping with insurance for the value of the item. If utilizing Paypal, payment is expected within 3 days of purchasing the item or the item will be placed back into the shop. If sending payment by mail payment is expected within one week or arrangements made otherwise with the seller.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

I can not discount items that are marked "sale" or "reduced" as these items have already been reduced.
