Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping. I prefer to send items within the US via Priority mail and USPS First Class mail. Insurance is always required and based on the purchase price. Postal prices changed as of January 18. Please see more information at the US Postal Service website.
When purchasing large items, such as furniture, freight companies are the best source for shipping. I have a company in the Northeast that I would gladly recommend.
For Customers Outside the United States: I ship all over the world, to all countries where the United States Government permits shipping goods, except Italy. I have had too many issues with packages taking a long time to arrive in Italy and in the meantime, the customer requests and gets a refund from Pay Pal. I always want your package to arrive at its destination and arrive in the same condition it left New York.
Please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations and laws in your country. Your order may be subject to import duty and taxes in your country, and these are your responsibility. If your country restricts or forbids imports of jewelry, Worn to Perfection is unable to accept your order, sorry.
In this respect, please do not ask Worn to Perfection to break any U.S. or international import and export laws by requesting that WTP declare your order as either a "gift" or "of no value."
Shipping charges by postal mail vary depending on your country's regulations for receiving mail. You can calculate your shipping charges on Ruby Lane and you can select your most preferred method of shipping by using the calculator at this site U.S.P.S. International Rate Calculator. Please be aware that WTP ships insured, so if there is an additional fee for insurance, it must be included in your calculation. The exact shipping cost may vary slightly depending upon actual weight.
Packages are insured for full invoice value, and the contents are declared truthfully on the invoice enclosed or sent separately to you.
If you disagree with any of the above, WTP regrets being unable to fill your order.

Restocking Fee:
Worn to Perfection charges a 10% restocking fee on returned items purchased via credit card. Credit card vendors charge a fee for using their services whether it be a sale or a refund. In the end, I'd rather work out any issues with my customers that will make them happy than have an item returned. Thanks for understanding.

I have a liberal return agreement with my customers. However, layaway items may not receive a refund if the item has been on layaway for over 6 months. Thanks for understanding.

New York State residents, please include 8.625% sales tax. Worn to Perfection will gladly accept a reseller number.
