Ferrous putti or cherub - with musical instrument. Cherub is playing a violin. This iron cherub is reported to come from a North Shore Long Island estate. Victorian. Approximately 9 inches tall with a screw in the back so it can be seated. Most likely a mantel decoration. The cherub weighs 7lbs 8 oz. Unsigned. Estimated value approximately $600-800.
