Rare original linenbacked Jean Blanchot aviation poster: Coupe de Monde, Acrobatie en Planeur, St. Germain, 28 Mai, presented by le Petit Parisien. le plus lu des journaux du monde entier. Also says Imprimerie Speciale du Petit Parisien. The photo was taken on an angle. The poster is a true rectangle. Measures a fabulous 160 x 119 cm or 63" x 46-7/8". Linen backed. Some fold lines and some minor wear to the corners. Please see photos. Otherwise, remarkably fine condition. A plus - some stamps added near the name Jean Blanchot. Not sure of the significance of the stamps. There is very little on the internet about these original posters. This is a rare opportunity to own an original. I've listed the shipping as freight and am open to other methods. I would prefer to send rolled in a tube rather than flat and definitely will not fold this - even though it has been folded in the past. I can provide more photos, if requested.
