A fine hand painted moving magic lantern slide C1870 mounted in a mahogany frame. The slide shows a fixed image of a countryside scene with a windmill. The rackwork movement shows the sails of the windmill moving . The mechanism is smooth and the slide is in excellent condition with some slight dirt to the painting, but nothing detrimental and a small scratch to the glass.
