A rare Kinora flicker reel of a Steam Tug in heavy seas c1898 The reel numbered 530 shows a graphic image of a steam tug sailing in a high swell with huge waves. The actual date of the image is not known, but is thought to be c1898. It is in excellent condition with strong images, complete with the box and works perfectly in the viewer. A good and unusual CDV sized Union case with a CDV of a pre-Raphaelite style young woman. The case is a Scroll/Geometric design No. 572 Krainik and Berg 3-57, both books classify it as scarce. The design is the same on both sides. Overall condition is good, but there is some slight damage in the form of 3 chips to the plastic casing. There is also some slight deformity to the top (front) of the case. The interior has an embossed purple velvet pad on the left side, which is in very good condition ...

An excellent vintage lantern slide glass diapositive c1890, showing a small group of Aborigines sitting outside a hut and decorating each other with body paint. The image is in excellent condition, very sharp, with excellent detail and contrast. There is no damage to the glass mount and it has the original binding.
