Juliana D & E Art Deco-Style Necklace & Bracelet - Triangular Stones

Very unusual Juliana 'Art Deco' necklace and bracelet set with what I would describe as 'toffee-coloured' triangular stones (they look almost red from certain angles), and a variety of other rhinestones and navettes in burnt orange, tangerine orange, topaz and lime green. The setting is shiny gold-tone; this set is not signed as Juliana jewellery (made by De Lizza & Elster) was marked only with a paper hang-tag. The bracelet is 7 1/4 inches long by one inch wide; it is not the five-link type of construction, but the other style of bracelet often found in Juliana sets. The necklace is a beautifully elegant shape to wear, and is about 17 inches long, but can be adjusted as it has a hook fastening. The central section is about 7 inches long and 2 1/4 inches deep at its widest point. The condition of this set is excellent; there is very slight wear to the reverse of the bracelet, on the back of the clasp and on the settings for the triangular stones, which stand out 'proud' beyond the rest of the back. All the stones are prong-set and are clear and bright; although the triangular stones are set open-backed, they are foiled. A beautiful set, and a very difficult one to find.
