Our Service Pledge To You:
I will do my best to respond to all orders within 24 hours. I would ask that once you hear back from me, you please respond within 3 days with an update on the progress of your payment. Please understand that I cannot hold items indefinitely without knowing what the status is on your end--there may be other people interested in the same item.

I offer a lifetime guarantee on all my jewelry. If during normal wear a piece should break or discolor, I will repair or replace it free of charge. (Please bear in mind that sterling silver will tarnish during normal wear, and can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or commercial tarnish remover.)
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer will pay $2.00 shipping and handling for the first item. For multiple purchases, additional items will be only $.50 per item. Due to Ruby Lane insurance requirements versus Post Office restrictions, at this time I do NOT ship internationally. Insurance (for domestic packages) is $2.50 additional per item, but the buyer has the option to decline the insurance. Note that in the more than 20 years that I have been shipping through the USPS (and that's THOUSANDS of packages), they have only failed to deliver about 8 of those packages. Pretty good odds--it's up to you!

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Florida residents must add 6% sales tax. Wholesale inquiries are welcome--we offer a generous wholesale discount!
