Our Service Pledge To You:
You will receive a response to your order within 24 hours. All creations are guaranteed to be handmade and created by me utilizing the finest in materials. Customer satisfaction is my goal and all questions or problems will be addressed immediately.

I guarantee all of my work so feel free to purchase with confidence. All orders of in-stock items are shipped (Monday-Friday) within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. Items that are made to order may require up to 5 business days for fabrication prior to shipping.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Purchase more than one item at one time and I will ship them together to save you money on shipping.

If you have requested for your package to be shipped with insurance and that your item has arrived damaged, please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 25% restocking fee on all items returned. Custom & Wholesale orders are final sales.

I accept payment via Paypal ONLY (no exceptions). Buyer must send payment by Paypal within 3 days of placing their order.

I will gladly combine shipping charges for multiple purchases on one order paid in one single transaction. Contact me if you have any questions.

If buyer sends an eCheck payment by Paypal, I will ship the item after the eCheck payment has cleared from the buyer's bank account. eCheck clearing normally takes 4 business days for USA, and around 8 to 9 business days for Canada and International.


Shipping & Handling:

Some of my smaller items can be shipped via Airmail letterpost (without insurance) for a flat rate of US$3.00 (Canada & USA only) - Please note that I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if you want me to ship your order without insurance.

The rest of my items require a gift box for added protection and must ship with insurance. See individual listings for shipping prices to your country. I do combine shipping if you order more than one item.

Please note: I do not ship to 3rd parties.

LAYAWAY PLAN:

For your convenience, I offer a layaway plan available for purchases totalling $50 or more. You just need to request the "Layaway Plan" when you submit your purchases through Ruby Lane in the comments section.

For purchases totalling between US$50 and US$150 – 2 payments plan:

The total order may include a single or several items adding up to US$50-US$150. The first payment will be a down-payment of 50% of the total at time of purchase. The balance* plus shipping fees (where applicable) will be due exactly 30 days after the initial purchase order date. You can make the 2nd payment earlier than the 30 days, and I will ship your order as soon as you have paid the balance. (Note on the payments: *Please do not send several small payments in between as Paypal charges me a fee to receive every single payment and the fees would end-up costing me a lot in the end, 2 payments max is allowed on this plan).

For purchases above US$150 – 3 payments plan:
Orders totalling over US$150 at one time (may be one or multiple pieces but all in one single purchase order) can be split into 3 payments* across a 60 day payment period. The initial payment being 50% of total purchase amount, the 2nd payment is due exactly 30 days later at 25% of the balance owing, and the 3rd payment being the remaining 25%, is due exactly 60 days after initial purchase order date. Where due, shipping and insurance costs will be added to this 3rd and final payment. You can make the 2nd & 3rd payments earlier than mentioned here, and I will ship your order as soon as you have paid up the entire amount of your purchase. (Note on the payments: *Please do not send several small payments in between as Paypal charges me a fee to receive every single payment and the fees would end-up costing me a lot in the end, 3 payments max is allowed on this plan).


Please note that I reserve the right to terminate the payment plan at any time if payments are not received as scheduled. If a sale is cancelled prior to completion by either party, the initial down-payment of 50% is non-refundable. All payments must be made by Paypal.
