Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance costs to your location. Never a handling fee!

Insurance is required on all breakables, and highly recommended for all purchases. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage after item has left our possession.

We happily will combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever safely possible. All items are safely and securely packaged. Paypal and Money Order purchases are shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) of payment.

We are happy to provide shipping and insurance estimates at any time. Most packages will ship via USPS.

If you experience any damage or loss in the shipping process, please contact us within 48 hours. Do not return item to us as this may invalidate insurance. We will work with you to ensure your claim is handled promptly and accurately, ensuring your satisfaction.
