Pencil and Water Color Pansy Painting Vintage Signed

This is a vintage pansy water color and pencil painting. It was first drawn on the brown paper with pencil and then painted. The pencil lines show in some areas, and other places are used to enhance the picture. The picture itself is down in browns, deep golds, black and white. The pansies are clear and easy to see. The entire picture is very subtle and calming. The bottom left corner is signed "Reba Austin 1934". There is a 1/2" circular water spot above the pansy farthest to the left. The spot does not appear to be new, and may have been done when it was painted. The glass over the picture is clear and clean.

It is in a frame that I do not believe is original to the picture. The frame is black with an inside border of gold dots. The overall dimensions of the frame are: 11 3/4" long, 8 3/4" tall and the inside edge with the gold dots measures 1/2".
