Tortoise Amber Brown Hand Blown Vase

This is a lovely deep and golden brown hand blown vase. My research leads me to it being Italian and from the last mid-century.

The golden brown color is accentuated with deeper brown elongated spots that create a speckled pattern. The vase measures 7 1/4" tall. The lip is off center and a bit higher on one side adding visual interest. The base has a fire polished pontil showing that it was hand blown.

The interior is very clean and there are no chips or cracks, some minor shelf ware on the base due to its age.
