Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Always free shipping on items within the United States. Please contact us for International rates. If you pay with money orders or credit cards, your item will be mailed on the next mailing day following receipt of funds in our accounts. PayPal and all credit card purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses ONLY; please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your Ruby Lane purchase order. If you would like the item sent to another address, please specify in your Paypal payment and by email directly. Specify if you want to take advantage of the free gift wrap of jewelery.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
