Fabulous Early Edwardian Summer Dress

This has to be one of the prettiest Edwardian summer dresses I've ever had. It is in incredible, wearable condition as well. The piece consists of a bodice and skirt and the fabric looks like glazed cotton but may also be a heavy silk, I'm just not certain. The turquoise bands are alternated with bands of lilies of the valley with touches of pink, gray and white. The neckline, cuffs, and waist and top of the ruffled flounces are trimmed in lace, and the bodice is beautifully shirred across the bottom of the lace including the shoulder and back. Condition: It's very rare to find a piece of this age without damage. The only issues I see with this dress is some fading of the skirt and some extremely minor staining toward the bottom of the flounces. This piece is very wearable in the condition it is in. Measurements (taken while lying flat): 43 1/2" from waistband to bottom of hem. 12" across waist 16 1/2" from top of neckline to bottom of flounce on the bodice 13 1/2" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam 22" sleeve length
