This doll has always made me laugh because she has such a distinctive look on her face. Almost as if to say "Don't hate me because I'm gorgeous!" I have no idea as to her maker, but her head is very high quality bisque with beautiful coloring. She stands 17" tall and comes dressed as you see her. Her outfit includes layers of underthings, a gorgeous lacy dress and hat. The outfit is not antique but was made for this doll probably 20-30 years ago. I've had this sweet girl in my collection for several years and have always been drawn to her unusual face. I recently purchased her 'big sister' so decided to sell this one. She is not your typical dolly face, as you can see. She was manufactured by Ohlhaver and is marked as shown, Revalo, 5, Germany. This little all bisque doll is marked 8093 and 0 3/4 J. Her arms are jointed at the shoulders with stiff or rigid hips. She has the most adorable little pudgy tummy. She comes dressed as you see her with her pink dress trimmed in lace, felt hat trimmed in matching lace and blue necklace. Her wig is mohair and her features are painted. She is in good condition with no chips or cracks. There is a blemish of some sort on one wrist which I have pictured.

If you like larger antique dolls, please keep an eye on my shop as I will be adding several large antique dolls this week. This is a beautiful doll in person. She has very crisp modeling down to the little dimple in her chin. She has beautifully feathered brows and huge blue eyes which have been set. Her wig looks original and is a deep auburn.
