I saw this at an estate sale and just had to snatch it up! I think it's really neat, and very retro 40's/50's. It's made of metal with enameled paint. The bottom four holders are done in different colors....red, green, orange and blue...while the central tulip is done in red and green. The base holders would have held votive candles and the central piece would hold a taper. It stands 8" tall and is 6 1/2" wide across the base. The colors are very vibrant with minimal paint loss.
