Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We offer a Flat Fee shipping rate of $10.00 including insurance to all addresses within the United States.
No handling fees charged! Shipping normal packages through USPS. Oversize or heavy items sent via FedEx or UPS. International sales will go through the U.S. mail system, Global priority, Air Mail.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 10% may be charged for layaway items not paid in the allotted time frame, if a refund of money is due. Due to an increase of difficulties with layaway, we feel this is only fair. Costs incurred for shipping and holding these item for longer than 90 days has made this necessary. We will happily discuss this with you first, as we hope to work things out beforehand.

Other Information:
6 % sales tax on items sold to Maryland residents. Purchases must be over $200 with valid resell number to be tax exempt.
